At Skin Nuit, we strive to deliver your favorite skincare essentials to your doorstep as quickly, safely, and efficiently as possible. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or during weekends will be processed on the following business day.

• You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure timely delivery:

• Standard Shipping: Deliveries typically take 3 to 5 business days depending on your location.

• Major Cities / Metro Areas: 2 to 3 business days.

• Remote or Rural Areas: May take up to 5 to 7 business days.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Charges

4. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)

• Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for all eligible locations. Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready when the courier agent arrives.

• Prepaid Orders: Secure online payment options via Credit/Debit cards or Bank Transfer are also accepted.

Open Delivery Policy: For security and hygiene reasons, courier partners do not allow packages to be opened before full payment is made to the delivery rider. If there is any issue with your order after opening, please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.

5. Order Tracking

Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email containing your Tracking Number and a direct link to track your order status in real time.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

• Address Errors: Please double-check your shipping address and active phone number at checkout. Skin Nuit is not responsible for delays or non-deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

• Failed Delivery Attempts: Couriers will attempt to contact you up to 2–3 times. If unreached, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges will apply for re-dispatching returned parcels.

• Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged or leaking, please take a photo/video immediately and contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery.
